Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges for Lotions

Due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened items. However, if you received an incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

  • If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 15 days, provided the product remains unopened. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once the item is received in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges for Candles

We accept returns for candles within 15 days of delivery (as evidenced by the return package postmark) under the following conditions:

  • The original invoice must be included with the return.
  • The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
  • If the item is defective, we will issue a replacement, credit, or refund.
  • Products must remain unopened and in saleable condition.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We must receive the returned product in good condition; damaged returns will not be accepted.
  • Please allow 2–4 weeks for the processing of your return. Refunds are issued within approximately 2 weeks after we’ve received the returned items.
  • Refunds will cover merchandise costs only; shipping charges are non-refundable and will align with the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and associated costs are non-refundable.
  • Allow 10 business days for processing refunds.

Exchanges and Compensation for Damaged/Missing Items

  • For damaged or missing items, we offer a replacement or store credit. Replacements will be shipped to the original address only.

Important Information

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • For damaged items, please email photos of the product, box, and labels to us for review.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Unsolicited returns or unauthorized products will not be refunded or returned.
